Warchal Ametyst are quality violin strings with a synthetic core. The strings offer a pure and direct sound, somewhat brighter than the Warchal Karneol strings. Although the strings match well with better quality instruments, they also give a good sound enhancement with all violin types. Available in sizes 4/4, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8. The string set consists of the following strings:

• E string ball- or loop-end stainless steel;
• A string ball-end with synthetic core and Hydronalium winding;
• D string ball-end with synthetic core and Hydronalium winding;
• G string ball-end with synthetic core and Hydronalium/Pure Silver winding;
• All A, D and G strings are fitted with a ball, whereas the E strings are available with either a ball or a loop.
