If you choose to collect an order, you will not pay any hidden shipping costs, which are included in the price of the item. Strijkinstrumentshop.nl delivers orders to the various carriers within 24 hours and then no longer has any influence on the actual delivery time. During the summer holidays and the December holidays, you should take longer delivery times into account! The order will be shipped from Tuesday to Saturday.

The delivery/collection costs for violins and violas (Randstad <100km) are €10 and for cellos and double basses €15.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
