Thomastik Superflexible viola strings have a braided steel core, which reduces the stiffness of the strings and improves flexibility. With the correct bowing technique, the strings produce a pure and clear sound. They are easy to tune, long lasting and suitable for use in many styles of music. The strings are available in the following versions:

• Set Chrome: All strings have a chrome winding. Sizes 4/4;
• All strings are fitted with a ball.

Optionally, the A string is available with aluminum wrapping and the G and C string are available with silver wrapping, and the C string also with tungsten wrapping, however Thomastik also terminated the production of these strings. Some strings are still available.

Thomastik has limited production of its super-flexible strings, and they are now only available in chrome. Several other strings (4/4) are still in stock at reduced prices.
