Pirastro "Gold" violin strings are manufactured by hand in the traditional way. They offer easy playability and have a beautiful, bright, and warm sound.

- E-string: The steel E-string is renowned for its brilliant, powerful sound and a very easy response. Available in soft (0,25 mm), medium (0,26 mm) en strong (0,27 mm)
The set is composed as follows:
- E-string: Steel (ball end/ loop end)
- A-string: Gut core, aluminum wound (ball end)
- D and G-strings: Gut core, silver-wire wound (knot end)
Please note: The D and G-strings are equipped with a knot end.
