D'Addario Prelude double bass strings produce a warm sound and have a good bow response. Thanks to a special core design and reduced string tension, the string is easy to play, especially for young bass players. The 3/4 strings have a vibrating scale length of 1060mm (41 3/4") and are also available in sizes 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8, all medium string tension.
