Thomastik-Infeld Alphayue cello strings combine a competitive price with a beautiful colorful sound, direct response and good playability. These strings are excellent for improving the sound of relatively cheap instruments (as a substitute for cheap steel strings). The set is composed as follows:

• A string : solid steel wound with Hydronalium wire;
• D string : solid steel core wound with high-quality steel alloy wire;
• G and C string : braided steel core wound with chromed wire;
• Available in sizes 1/8. 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 4/4, medium string tension only;
• All strings are provided with a ball.
