If you are looking for strings with a warm, shiny sound, the new viola string set RONDO® Gold might be right for you. Compared to regular RONDO® strings, the new RONDO® Gold strings sound significantly warmer and shinier. RONDO® Gold responds extremely well across the entire dynamic range (ppp to fff) and can also be used at 430 Hertz.

The specifications of Rondo Gold viola strings are as follows:

• A string with carbon steel core and chrome winding (ball/loop-end);
• D string with synthetic core and silver/chrome winding;
• G string with synthetic core and silver winding;
• C string with synthetic core and tungsten/silver winding;
• All strings are fiited with a ball, except the A-string which is fitted with a removable ball (=loop).
