Pirastro Permanent steel viola strings produce a relatively warm sound with great projection, very stable. powerful sound and excellent response. The strings have the following specification:

• A string steel core with aluminum winding;
• D string steel core with titanium winding;
• G string steel core with silver winding;
• C string steel core with tungsten (tungsten) winding.

Available in the Medium version.

Permanent viola strings are no longer produced by Pirastro, however some strings/sets are still available.
